BHAK  As everyone knows, you can do that. The application in the new version wants me to enter my server username and password which I won't do. However and even if you try to send my the mail server, there is no feedback as to whether or not it has worked. As I said, once you figure out how to get this process to work in a more seamless fashion, it will be great! Actually I hardly use it, but since when I use a shareware app a couple times, I always buy it. I feel that is fair. Don't you?

BHAK  I expect we will be seeing a new version shortly that gives those with recently-purchased "old" licenses some access to the new serial numbers. I am looking for mine! These things happen when major re-writes are created.

BHAK  I too have a fried 250GB Rugged. On FW800, it appears under the system profiler as an unknown disk, it spins when plugged in, the LaCie updater can eventually find it. The updater lists it as a Blank Firewire Device (Oxford934). It doesn't show up on USB. Those are ths symptoms, now all LaCie has to do it fix it. Wonder if they will...
