The issue turned out to be permissions, the pics off of my camera have weird permission settings for some reason. It would be nice if there was an error message though. Otherwise, I am now using this app regularly, I tried them all and this was the easiest to use. (Version 1.6)		0

ANNDRA My apologies, I though I had already posted a retraction. The issue turned out to be permissions, the pics off of my camera have weird permission settings for some reason. It would be nice if there was an error message though.

Otherwise, I am now using this app regularly, I tried them all and this was the easiest to use.

Icarus Camera Control	Mar 10 2009	ANNDRA I have an Intel machine running Leopard. With my camera plugged in it bounces for a while in the dock then falls over. Without it launches fine, and then crashes as soon as the camera is plugged in. I have a Panasonic DMC-FZ20. (Version 090301)		0

CheetahWatch	Mar 8 2009	ANNDRA So much better than the software that cam with my modem. I use this with '3' in the UK. The only problem is if the modem disconnects because of a bad signal, the software doesn't detect this that well. A re-launch has always fixed the problem for me. (Version 1.3)		0

MACUPDATE ADMIN You must remove the .bz2 suffix from the downloaded file, then the .dmg will mount.

ANNDRA I can't remove the bz2 suffix, as the file has already been extracted into a disk image.

MACUPDATE ADMIN Try downloading with another browser. I used Safari, the file downloaded with a .bz2 suffix (see this page for an explanation of why this happens) and when the .bz2 suffix is removed the .dmg mounts fine.

TapDex	Nov 1 2007	ANNDRA Spotlight doesn't work nearly so well as this little app for quickly finding and displaying contact info. The only thing missing is a quick 'Enter' to go to address book - you have to click on the name instead. (Version 3.3)		0
