The Safari plugin shoots the CPU up to 100% and never lets go of it until you restart Safari. Whatever it's doing it's not using that 100% to play videos -- they stutter along like a slideshow.

This is on a clean install of Leopard.

It doesn't start at login anymore, no matter how many times I click that option :(

Otherwise a great program...using a Mac without it feels unnatural. This was one of the first shareware programs I ever bought.

Neat little program that is a great value. This version finally fixed the problem of music tracks not showing up on the PS3, so I bought it immediately. Everything works flawlessly now :)

The ability to navigate your Mac's filesystem is a bonus!

How did you get SIMBL to load Safari Block in the Safari beta? Every time I start Safari it tells me it has disabled the plugin.

If it's your own video you probably don't need MTR, as it is probably not copy-protected. You can just use Apple's Disk Utility to make an image of your DVD and then burn that image to a blank DVD using Disk Utility (free) or Toast.

This is quality software, but I wonder why its development has slowed to a snail's pace!

It's a brilliant IM client and the best on the Mac. It's so customizable and full of thoughtful features.

I don't use AV, but I have to say...live and let live. Our wiser/paranoid fellows will have the last laugh one day :D

Looks like a great program, but I can't get the DOOM1.WAD (shareware level) working. I've added it to ~/Library/Application Support/PrBoom and it shows up, but the Launch button is greyed out.

I'm totally new to flight sims so I can't really judge X-Plane - especially considering the ridiculous 5mins time limit on the demo.

Developers, consider making it a longer demo. You can barely get a feel for X-Plane in 5mins. Having said that, I enjoy it

It's certainly a fun game. Easy to understand, but challenging enough to keep your interest. The graphics are well-done and stylish.

A few bits of constructive criticism:

- add more variety to the types of buildings/tank colours

- add more terrain

- perhaps have the player try to shoot at a slow moving target?

- maybe have more of a progression to the levels

I realize all this might detract from what is meant to be a simple game, but it'd help convince me to pay $14!

How does this interact with/replace the DivX functionality installed by Toast?

Someone hire this man :)

What a great, indispensable program.

Nice and small. Works fine, except that the volume slider is difficult to grab. You have to click a little above the slider to get it to change volume.

Cute and fun. The game screen seems oddly small though. Worth a download!

It would be nice if it let you set a default "Save to" folder.

Custom image! Thank you!! Now officially the best screensaver ever ;)

Very lean and easy to use. It's mostly bug-free but sometimes torrents reach 100% and don't stop. It just keeps downloading and changing from (for ex.) from 99.5-100%. And sometimes the torrents just stop, but that may be the tracker.

I hope the little bugs get fixed soon; this is a great torrent client

Simply gorgeous. As a previous poster said it's only missing the option to set a custom background image. That way we can admire it, but also use the screensaver for privacy!

Terrific program. I only keep iChat around for AV; MSN is off my drive completely.

There's one little bug that I hope gets fixed soon though: contacts' MSN icons don't get fetched automatically. You must start a conversation with them before it shows up in the contact list.

I remember in a previous version (perhaps the one that first gave us user icons), all this would happen automatically.

They're different programs. Handbrake is for turning a DVD into a smaller AVI or MP4 file. MTR is meant to extract the native DVD video (.VOB) so you can either watch the DVD without the disc, or back it up to a blank DVD-R.

Looks very pretty. Wish I could say more, but it crashes at the beginning of the game after I choose my pieces' style and side. The woman says her quip and then it beachballs.

I'll try the next version :)

Looks very nice. But I don't get any quotations on my screen, just the dates. I'm on 10.3.3

I liked it too. Nothing fancy, but it's fun. Wish the screen was bigger.
