This thing implodes nearly every other time I try to update an item. Anyway, if you're gonna charge double-digits, you'd better at least be nice. I'm sorry my previous post sounded "smarmy", it wasn't my intention, really. Maybe this is because I'm not very fluent in English...

What I meant is: how are we supposed to fix the bugs if the users don't report them to us?

Developers release software in beta version exactly for this reason: let the people try it and report any problems in order to make the product more stable. Our product isn't currently available for sale, and won't unless all major bugs will be fixed...

As I've said to GRAPHXDAVE, of course we didn't experience this specific problem before, or it would have been fixed already... so, if you could let us know some additional details on your configuration (Mac model, OS version, hardware configuration...) that could help us fix the bug, we would _really_ appreciate it.

Flash Optimizer	Feb 8 2006	AL_GIOVANNI I think there's a serious issue here. Far from "optimizing" my SWF, it actually increased the file size by almost 40%. Flash Optimizer seemed to be the only app on MU that offered SWF compression, so I was optimistic. So what's up here, Eltima? (Version 1.0)		0

ELTIMA SUPPORT Judging from your SWF file we may guess that you have enabled Pictures optimization and customized JPEG quality option. You have set optimization quality that is actually higher that one in your original file. As the result, optimized SWF file is larger then the original one. The mentioned slider sets the percentage out of the maximum available and there is no possibility to find out what the current image compression value is set. We advise you to try different options and see how overall SWF quality is changed. If you have more questions, contact Eltima support team which is a good starting point to get professional help when you encounter any problems.

	Jan 29 2006	AL_GIOVANNI Handy little plug-in, for sure, but there's a nagging little issue. After a short while of use, "new window" begins to delay, each time longer and longer. I've experienced up to 10-second waits. I then have to restart Safari, but the cycle just revs up again after a few minutes. Any idea what's up? I'm on 2.0.3. I use Pithhelmet too, but this problem didn't start happening until Concierge... Love your plug-in, it's (otherwise) very convenient. But this problem's driving me nuts. Hope you can address it for the next release. Thanks! (Version 1.4.6)		0

Avernum 5	Dec 12 2005	AL_GIOVANNI Hey, Spider Web -- your MU icon doesn't do this game justice! That blurred, low-res dragon made me hesitate. I'm glad I downloaded the game, but I gotta admit, my very first impression was shaky. Just my 2 cents... I'd also recommend you add a screenshot to this page. How 'bout it? Otherwise... great game.
