LEOPOLDBLOOM I was having the same problem at first, but after updating to the latest release and using the new option-click method, the whitelist seems to be sticking. Are you up to date? Are you right-clicking on the flash marker or are you using option-click? You can also access the whitelist through Safari's application menu and see what's staying and what's not. Remember too that this app is still in development and probably still has a few bugs to be worked out. (Version 1.4fc3)

BOB-B Don't know what you're talking about vis a vis losing your bluetooth. doubletwist didn't impact my box like that at all and I dint' see anything on or in it that has anything at all to do with my connectivity or bloothtooth enabling or disabling. I think you have some other issues on your Mac. The app Installed as easy as anything else I choose to put on my mac and worked great out of the box. Synced music and videos to my blackberry storm really quickly and intuitively. (Version 1.0b2)

A J BENAMU Ok this reply goes to Leto from Parallels. Ok here it goes, I tried installing Ubuntu 8.10, Mandriva Linux 2009, openSUSE 11, and Fedora Core 9, all of them 64 bits. PD hangs and freezes my mac completely every time I try installing one of those Linux distros. Another thing, Parallels Internet Security won't install on XP_64. I am very disappointed on this. Ok, so you know it is a PD problem, VMWare Fusion 2 installs and runs all Linux distros without any issues at all.

A J BENAMU Be very careful if you use the BootCamp partition with Parallels or Fusion. Why? If either one crashes they can really mess it up. It has happened to me before with both programs to a point of having to reinstall Windows. (Version 3.0.5584)

WOODEN BRAIN CONCEPTS What version of OmniGrowl and what system are you running? Please report bugs to WBC by e-mail. (woodenbrain at kagi dot com) I will fix them as soon as possible. (Version 2.0)

OmniGrowl | Oct 23 2007 |
F451 You need to use an app like File Buddy and delete any existing older OmniGrowl files as I was having the same issue as you until I did so. (Version 2.0)

OmniGrowl | Oct 23 2007 |
WOODEN BRAIN CONCEPTS It shouldn't be necessary to delete any older version from your system entirely, but that's always good advice. what IS necessary is to quit any older version before launching the new one, and if you have added an older version to your login items at a different location, make sure the old one is removed first. If you follow the install instructions included (quit old version and replace then launch) it should be fine. (Version 2.0)

OmniGrowl | Oct 23 2007 |
F451 I did quit before installing, but OG kept giving me an error notice and bringing up the OG's preference window. I should have noted the exact error message, but deleting all of OG and starting clean fixed matters. (Version 2.0)

WOODEN BRAIN CONCEPTS Thanks to all who caught this. It had to do with Woot checking when that option was NOT enabled. If you check the Woot check box on the other tab there is no error. It has now been fixed and uploaded. Sorry about the trouble. I will post a 2.0.1 release for this. (Version 2.0)

A J BENAMU I actually have tried it and can tell that it is useless for now, it doesn´t know how to deal with binaries, Newsreader are not only for text, there are thousands of binaries newsgroups. So for now, as I said before, it is totally useless for a power user. (Version 0.6.154)

MALCOM I'm sorry but nemo does not support binaries group and there will be not any planned support for them at this time. I've created it for text groups only as like MacSoup for example. A great binary newsgroup reader is Unison from Panic, and I don't think it's a great idea (at this time) spend time in making a concurrent program for a good existing program. (Version 0.6.154)
