HUGH1988 If you don't care about breaking the law by wanting to use this app, then why don't u just download 10.5 for free?

you're right, this will probably work on earlier versions. But I have only had access to a Leopard system to test it so far, and I don't want to advertise any untested possibilities.

Should you find that it works on earlier versions as well, please notify me and I will update the system requirements.

CEILING CAT Another application without any reason to even exist... Just select the text and use the Speech menu from your Services. This application not only isn't required, it's harder to use than the built-in default!

Lockdown	Aug 22 2008	8BITWINTERMUTE Lots of developers seem to be taking the path of least resistance and making little or no effort to make their stuff backward compatible. It's a shame, in a lot of cases there's barely any reason at all. I don't know if that's true for this one though. I've seen an application that generates white noise being 10.5 only - there's no excuse for that. (Version 1.0.4)		0

NOISY.APP Noisy is based on Noise's source base. Both use CoreAudio to generate the white/pink noise.

However, the APIs used by Noise were deprecated in Leopard and replaced with new functions. Noisy could continue to use these old functions, but doing so might unexpectedly break Noisy in the future.

If you want a noise generator for Tiger, check out Noise. I believe that somebody posted a link to a Universal version.
