3CCDMBP  To get your Lacie Rugged working again:

Hold down OPTION button and relaunch firmware tool.

Choose Porsche Desktop, NOT Rugged.

Update firmware. This will restore your drive.

3CCDMBP  Well, I'm unfortunately a new member of the I hate LaCie club.

Firmware tool did the same thing for my new 160GB Rugged FW400/FW800/USB2 drive. Got to verifying and then reported process not complete.

Drive will not mount. Tried rebooting Mac and running again using FW400 and FW800 again. I give up, my drive is toast. What a joke, LaCie should not release a tool that reports your hard drive needs updating, then proceed to screw it up.

A quick Google search brought me to this site and unfortunately I see others have done the same thing. Damn LaCie should have removed this piece of crap tool from their website. Emailed their tech support and waiting for a response.

3CCDMBP  What makes this program great is the amount of clipart and templates.

3CCDMBP  The biggest thing going for Delicious Library is the barcode scanning. However, I've found inputting my ISBN for library books to be more accurate and almost as fast. DL is limited on what you can do after the collection is in the database. This is where Librarian Pro shines.
