VENTIVENT  We use Citrix at Catholic Healthcare West; I was afraid I wouldn't be able to log-on when I got my new iMac, but this client works great with Firefox/Safari. Thank you very much.

JIM RAND  MacBook/10.4.7 - the window that the client opens is small, roughly 1/4 of my screen, and nothing I do (on either the mac side or the windows side) increases the size. (As opposed to using the windows client on a windows machine which makes the entire screen available.) This makes the client of little use to me. If anyone else has experienced this issue and knows of a solution I'd be happy to hear of it.

IANMC  I don't know if you're the Citrix admin or not, but the Mac client picks up the settings of the published application inside Citrix -- and the default is a tiny 640x480. It can be changed in those settings. It won't affect Windows (ICA32) users as those default to using Seamless Windows which ignores the published application settings.

MANIAC  This works fine minus the fact its not a universal binary. And thus Rossetta makes its eat system memory like mad! So if your like me that can have 2-3 Citrix windows or sessions running at the same time your really going to feel the lag and your avaiable memory is going to drop drastically. So much that I am checking nearly weekly to see if Citrix has released a Universal Binary of this product. (PLEASE CITRIX. HURRY UP)

But it does work.

DAVEECKLUND  If you have having trouble connecting after updating to 10.4.3, remove the word "smartcard" from the config file "Modules" found in ~/Library/Preferences/Citrix ICA Client/.

Look for this string:

"VirtualDriver=Thinwire3.0, ClientDrive, ClientAudio, ClientPrinter, Clipboard, ClientManagement, ClientComm, ZL_FONT, ZLC, TWI, ICACTL,"

and remove the word "Smartcard" at the end.

ANONYMOUS  It would be nice if Citrix finally recognized that their client is running on a Mac and introduced some basic Mac functionality such as command-q to quit. They should also get rid of the ridiculous Windows-style "are you sure" dialog when you attempt to log off — a dialog that cancels any attempt to restart or log out if you aren't there to click OK (even Microsoft did this when in their RDC app).

DVAND5  Users, and myself, have had printing problems with the new release. Attempting to print multi-paged docs, pdfs, etc., the first page prints out fine but the subsequent pages are blank.

Had to revert back to v6.30 to be able to print again.

DVAND5  This new client (v.7.00.405) has corrected the printing issue discovered in v.7.00.400. I can now print all pages of multi-page documents. However, the spooling on server side "seems" at bit slower than before. Thanks for the update.
