TOURNESOL  Major bug. It cannot build usefull DDP files. Our factory keeps rejecting DDPs made with 4.1 - dang! Back to 4.03 on our old PPC.

ANONYMOUS  Version 2.0 is SO MUCH BETTER than 1.5. I am a student at a public high school. The started our studio on doing DVD's and after I did the first one with version 1.5, I was afraid of what I had gotten myself into. Then one day, my teacher told me that he went to a conference and saw DVD Studio Pro 2.0 and it was so much easier. I was weary, but he had the school order it, and when it came in, I was shocked of how much a product can change between versions 1.5 and 2.0. 3.0 can only be better.

ANONYMOUS  We are so darn frustrated with version 2 and the encoder. Our Media 100 files used to encode beautifully, now they are flickerville

regardless of how we try to flip fields, interpret as upper instead, deinterlace through AE, nothing seems to give us the quality we were used to.

ROB HARVIE  Don't bother looking for the 2.0.3 updater. They pulled it. Some "issues".

JOSH D  Amen. It's good shhhnit for makin' DVDs. Love it! Like a bottle of aspirin for a poor kid playing with 1.5, too.

AL HARTMAN  After plodding through DVDSP 1 and 1.5, this version is like night and day. Creation of projects can be extremely easy or can be complex depending on the mode selected (Basic, Intermediate, or Advanced). Managing and using assets is a piece of cake compared to the previous versions.

Apple has done its homework in this new version and should be applauded for the fine product it has released.
