JIMW Of all the process control utilites I have used, this is hands down the best of the bunch. It is extremely stable, easy to use and understand, and can always be relied on. It is a must have for achieving the maximum performance from CPU intensive programs such as Virtual PC. It will also smooth out the visual displays and streaming in ITunes. I am currently using it with 10.2.6 and has never interfered with any operations or crashed on me. If you aren't a Unix geek and want to set the priority of your processes, forget the rest. This is the only one to consider. Not only that It's Free! Despite my high regard of this product I did downgrade the features rating a notch for what I feel that it could do as well. If I were the author, I would add some preferences that would allow me to shrink or expand the Icon/type size, and I would allow a double-click on a listed application to bring its window to the foreground so I could use is as a program selector. Perhaps something like an Option-Click could hide the window of the application. It also would be nice to have a preference where you could preassign a priority to an application at launch. Nevertheless it performs as advertised and does its job very well. I would not trade it in for any other similar product I currently know of. It is simply the best.
