ANONYMOUS  Nice icon, doesn't look a bit like the old Quark XPress

ANONYMOUS  This is excellent page layout software for the price. It has most features the average user will want and more. Even as a professional designer, I am more than impressed with this product.

ANONYMOUS  Excellent app for the price. It's no InDesign, Quark or PageMaker for professional DTP, but is great for small projects -- beats the pants off Appleworks and Word if you need "freeform" layout.

NCIANCA  Only played around with it for a while, but it seems very complete, certainly from a traditional DP point of view. It reminds me of the old Classic OS Letraset ReadySetGo! program (it does feel like a time warp to the System 6 days). Anyone who has used traditional DP programs should have no problems with this one, novice users might have a bit of trouble. Did not print from it, so I can't comment on it's printing accuracy. It's rendering of text is a little uneven on the screen but It is a carbon app and I personally prefer Cocoa apps. Certainly for $15 bucks it seems like a deal for budget minded users.

A BIG FAN  Nothing like it out there for the money. Much easier to use with many more features than Appleworks. If you need a small desktop publishing environment for your own use, this is a great program.
