	Sep 23 2007	ABBOTT Nice utility. But for those of you who (like me) object to Internet-based activation...be aware that this application indeed uses it. I find it objectionable that the developer does not even let us know on his web page. This has caused me to not register the license I purchased. I plan to replace my computer in a couple of months, and nothing on the web site tells how to transfer a license to a new machine. (Version 3.1.5)		+4

ANONYMOUS Hi,

Thanks for your concern. While Music Rescue does check with our server to make sure the license you entered is valid, the license doesn't then get tied to the computer you're on. To transfer a license to a new computer, simple delete Music Rescue from your old machine and enter your serial number on the new one.

If you don't want Music Rescue sending your serial number back to our servers, you can contact support to do an "offline" check.

	Oct 27 2005	LEO I installed PodUtil some time ago. As I wanted to use it now I got an error message «Out of memory! please visit http://www.kennettnet.co.uk/software/support for information. This address itself reports: «Account for domain kennettnet.co.uk has been suspended» Has anybody a clou what's going on? (Version 2.7.1)		0

ANONYMOUS Yes, it looks like they're out of business and so you are out of luck.

	Nov 11 2003	STUART CHAPMAN Excellent utility but this new version still doesn't support tracks names containing accented characters (i.e. é, ö etc.) For example, télépopmusik appears as just "T" in the MP3 list window and Röyksopp appears as "R"... (Version 2.0b)		0

	Jun 4 2003	JB My iPod has a bigger capacity drive than my G4 so until recently I could never fit all my mp3's on there. I've just got a LaCie 120gb external and so now using this I have been able to put all the music from the ipod back onto the computer. It works great! (Version 1.0)		0

	Aug 6 2002	ANONYMOUS I did a major 'Whoops" by disconnecting my iPod from my G4 Powerbook (running latest version of OSX) without first completely shutting down the PB, or dismounting the iPod. So the Firewire alert notice was blasted on my screen, which is probably why my PB was hung when I went to power back on. The first level Directory on my iPod showed nada = over 850 files gone out of my playlist. Tried Norton's on my iPod from OS 9, and it saw all my files. However, no way to recover, copy, reinstall the firmware on the iPod, iTunes crashes every time I connected the iPod. Still came up on my screen as a real drive, but basically useless. So I tried PodUtil 1.0b4. Not only did it allow me to see all my files on my iPod and copy them to my hard drive on my G4, but it was a great utility for organising and preparing for iTuens to copy back in. Excellent program and a "must have" utility for iPod users who live and die on the thing. also the editor on the Contact list looks really interesting. (Version 1.0b4)		0
