~/BOI  Nice program. I recommend to many people who work a lot at their Mac.

But... it is a bit pricey....

Also, I find the preferences window not all that clear and user-friendly.. could be made a bit more 'idiot-proof' (or grandma-proof)

And, it would be nice if there was an option to have only exercises you can do whilst sitting, because my co-workers look at me strange when I stand up all the time and start doing funny moves. :)

G4JAY  I agree... get rid of those old reviews! "Control Strip"? I haven't seen that since OS 9!!! This software is great! I've been needing to take breaks and get away from the Mac, my back is messed up from working so many hours in front of the computer. This software does the job!

4.0 beta is great. I'm finding it a little bit high on CPU usage when idle.

But wow, once you adjust the settings to your liking and feel it out, this is a great program for getting you away from your beautiful (but at times infernal) mac.
