RORO01  An option to include/exclude package contents is missing. Many of us are not interested in looking for files inside these packages.

ALGOS  Great little application. I find myself using it quite a lot.

The only thing which would make it perfect is Quick Look support for the files you have found!

TINGTING  Totally cool. I dislike Leopard Spotlight immensely because I can't find the files I want to when deleting an app or finding a pref file. This finally brings back ease to searching on a Mac. I do wish it remembered my preferred window size whenever it opened a window though. I have to resize every time.

AIKOUSHA  Get this to work like (or add features that will allow it to) the file search under 10.3 and it will be perfect.

Spotlight is practically useless as a "file"-search utility, Apple knows this, have since the first days of 10.4, and they just ignore the thousands of complaints. Blows my mind why they don't just port the routines to an app, and provide it to users.

OSSIE  Assuming most times you'll already be in a Finder window, add the app to the toolbar. With a Finder window open, click on the app wherever you've saved it and drag it to the Finder window's toolbar, waiting a second or two for it "to take." Then whenever you need to invoke it and you are in a Finder window merely click the icon.

HODAGACZ  So fast it makes Spotlight look like a gimpy snail (not difficult I know). A really wonderful and FREE piece of kit.

ARVIDTP  This program just helped me fix a months old problem with iDVD by locating for me every file with iDVD in the name - so I found iDVD's cache files in /Library/Caches, trashed them, and now buttons in iDVD work correctly! This utility now has a place in my finder window toolbar right next to the spotlight search field.

SURFSPIRIT  It seems a rip off of the Easy Find, even the icon used to be the Easy Find icon, even way, Easy Find is lot better, with boolean searches and is also FREE!

THEBRIX2008  This is better than Spotlight, which is not hard, and even Path Finder's search, which is surprising. I thought the second was unbeatable, but this one finds everything - often several times more items. And it is more usable - the breadcrumb list at the bottom is a nice touch.

It would be useful if a double-click on a folder could be configured to either open in Finder or open in Path Finder (or any other Finder replacement?); that would integrate everything nicely.

BRUSETH  Very nice app. Very fast too. The original version crashed when I tried to use it. I emailed the author the crash log, and about an hour later he emailed me back with a new version that works great. Thanks for the fine app. Keep up the good work.

MISHA  I've been looking for something like this for a while; Spotlight under 10.5 is really annoying to use when you're just searching file names. I just wish this allowed a little more interaction with the results... i.e. letting you drag/drop from the results list to move a file to a different folder, or allowing you to move files to the trash directly.
