WEBKARNAGE  The power and flexibility of this plugin is awesome for the price. I have been using this as the form on my website for a month or so, and love it.

You can customize automated reply e-mails to include the sender's message, store elements in a MySQL database, use AJAX to show message sent success, or use customized separate pages for success/failure.

It doesn't start out with all form elements (fields) in place, so just create a few fields to get going. There is a FAQ for FormLoom at

HARRISTYPE  Absolutely awesome plugin for RapidWeaver. It took me a few minutes to figure it out, since I really couldn't find any documentation, but it works and works well. The ReCaptcha feature was a welcome addition to my website.
