**...

BUMBLEB  Sluggish interface. Like a web-app without any AJAX!

Window can't be maximized.

The features are scattered. Who is this for? Who needs a bug tracker + an image management module in the same app? I need the sales pipeline stuff but found it lacking.

Lot's of other stuff I don't like, but this has been a waste of my time, so won't write a whole lot here. Just wanted to warn other busy users like myself who wants to give it a go.

SAGERSTONE  I have tried every CRM software available for the Mac Market and none of them fit the bill. Once I saw and used Elements CRM, it was absolutely amazing. It has changed my business. This is just the type of software Mac companies have been looking for.

It does WAY more than what Salesforce.com can do at a faction of the cost.

BLLOYD  Lotus Notes does NOT do everything this application does.

Daylite is more in the same league.

Full-fledged CRM applications are typically fairly expensive. Elements SBM is quite a bit cheaper than SalesForce.com, which is fairly equivalent (but with more maturity and more functionality than this app). This is a nice looking, well functioned CRM app that is a hosted service. Its closest competitors are SalesForce.com and SugarCRM. Daylite has you host the database itself.

For a sales organization these prices are not really out of line. It's not consumer pricing, and confusing it as so misses the model. Of course, the people who crab to high heaven about the $50/year pricing on Daylite's iPhone connector also miss the mark with how cheap it is, all things considered.

LEE123  Good Golly I just checked on Lotus notes pricing and it is only $155 per year. It does everything this app does.

BUMBLEB  Yeah, and Daylite and Contactizer Pro is a real bargain compared to Elements SBM.

MACSOLU  --

Actually... it says here in the description that this costs $70/user PER MONTH.

For that price I expect it to be making my morning toast with butter and jam.

BUMBLEB  The pricing scheme is INSANE - nuff said.

And the hard sell attitude on their website is repulsive.

That said, it looks interesting, and could be a serious contender, in a market where I only see Daylite and Contactizer as somehow serious alternatives.

MATTHEW.MATHIS  I find it odd that this program is recommended on many other pages, yet does not have a review. If someone has used this application, please write a review.
