GLIOMA  I get the same error message as previously reported. Website has no contact for support. I know it's free, but it doesn't work.

FYREFLYE  Same app., same error message as before when I click on it. Quite a trick to "upgrade" an application that didn't work in the first place.

FYREFLYE  All I download is an app. with no instructions. When I click on it I get a message: "Error: Database can not be created or accessed!" What do I need to do to make this work? Intel Macbook OS 10.4.12
