GEORGEWS  Great job Carter! I love the new version, the little icons that show the changes in the finder panel are very useful. The new iTunes panel is simple but fun. The directory has pointed me towards lots of great sites! The only things I would change would be adding more screenshots to the previews, and making it so that you didn't have to restart to change the menu bar color. Thanks for making it so easy to do lots of cool stuff to my Mac!

CARTERA  The most recent version was Intel Only, and that was a mistake. If anyone is having problems with that, just re-download it, it should be fixed now.

It seems the new version of XCode has a new configuration setting....which I didn't know about. Oh well, it's working now.

Thanks for your support and donations (all 3 of them)! I am sorry this update has taken so long, but school has been really demanding lately. A 12 year old developer can only accomplish so much in his time after school.

DJEFIS  I advise everybody to try this software. Really special, the menu bar as white, as for Tiger. Has left me an excellent impression, as to the developers. 5 stars.

ROBOGOBO  I had most of these done already via Terminal, but you did a great job giving them a GUI. You may want to allow a return to default for each individual mod. And perhaps add a screenshot or better description of what each one will do.

CHEESECAKE  Good product.

The dmg file should be much smaller. I repacked the dmg for 2.3 via EasyDMG. The new size is only 509KB compared with 14.5MB!

Version 2.0 1MB

Version 2.1 5MB

Version 2.2 9MB

Version 2.3 14.5MB

Size increased terribly.Something wrong with the author's dmg creator

PERSON1229  My guess is that Yetirider doesn't know the value of a megabyte. Maybe new to computers? Who knows, the point is 15 MB is definitely a lot for this program.

Jan 21 2008

DNELSON  I agree. Almost 14.5MB is a lot for a program of this size. You may want to find a new DMG packager...

To start at 1 MB is very good, but to add 4-5 megabytes with every update is not very good form.

It's small, easy to use, and well done. Whoever designed this must have some REALLY smart friends. Like, REALLY smart. It must be made from Applescript, I only wish it could change those annoying blue dots on the doc!

BRUCE_Y  Ahhh, good explanation.

I think saving the screen shots in tighter compression, Jpeg rather than Png, and possibly cropping to the relevant portion of the screen rather than full 1280x800, would both help get size back down.

WALKI-TALKI.COM  I love this little program! It's very small in size, and it controls a lot of critical parameters. It provided all the things I needed. I have an old G4 PB. Switching to 2-D dock made the dock A LOT faster. I love being able to see the full path in finder windows, etc., etc. Very nicely done.
