BILL_601  Unfortunately, version 1.0.2 still does not correct the radar update problem.

MAULRAT  Even though the update CLAIMS to have fixed the radar issue .... it hasnt on my end ... I'm still seeing the same radar animation now (9:44pm on 8/22/07) as I was seeing at 6am this morning ... I'm happily sticking with The Weather Channels superior radar widget.

JAB47  1.0.2 still does not update radar for me. Its 9:46 am here and I was looking at a radar loop that goes from 7 to 8 am. I closed the widget then reopened it, put in my location and the radar is current at this time but I suspect it will not update. Its too bad because this widget provides a lot of info with a small footprint.

BILL_601  This is an excellent widget, except for one bug.

It can show forecasts from hourly to 4-day to 15-day, as well as current conditions and animated radar. All very nicely displayed.

The only bug I've found that keeps me from using it is that the radar doesn't update. I've let it run for a few days and it still displays the radar loop from when I first loaded it. This is both on an Intel and PPC Mac.

SJD  A big improvement over the one that comes with OS X.

However, it would be very much appreciated to zoom in tighter on the region for places outside the U.S.

For cities like Calgary, Alberta it shows the entire North American continent; or Cairo, Egypt shows all of Africa.
