PROGRAMHAPPY  Developer, for instances when a URL/domain is not in the clipboard, can you please add the option to make new tabs open with the home page? I'm sure that many people would prefer the home page instead of an "untitled" page.

GCOGHILL  Would be great to have the option to triple-click or something else not requiring a modifier key to close tabs - for us laptop users.

And perhaps some users might want to turn off the clipboard auto-fill - I am still testing to see how I like that feature.

Regardless, cool little utility. Thanks!

GCOGHILL  Actually, just a double-tap on a tab to close would be the most elegant solution.

MACTOE  One thing that seriously annoys me is Safari does not allow a default page for a new tab. As a developer I want my custom home page to load anytime I open a new tab as I'm usually going to want a link from it. It would be great (and simple) to allow Twicetab to include a default (rather than a clipboard) page to load when creating a new tab.

MACNEWS  Looks as if the traffic may have exceeded the host's bandwidth limitations -- would definitely like to give this a try.

MACINSETEX  in safari 3.x, right click or ctrl-click in the tab bar produces a contextual menu, "New Tab."

Don't remember what occurred in Safari 2.x as i usually invoked Command-T to open a new tab.

I suppose double clicking the tab bar would save a person a few milliseconds per incident. Additionally, having the double-click-on-tab-bar to produce a new tab, in safari, could preserve a few brain memory cell because the command is used across all browsers.

Okay but...

THREEDEE912  I always use this feature in Firefox and Camino. Great job 'porting' it to Safari.

JOHN QUINN  This is really a great one. However, I wonder how I could use Twicetab to open the SECOND tab, cause I figure this still has to be done with "apple+T", otherwise there is no bar to double-click on.

GREENLDR  If you go to the "view" menu and click on "show tab bar" then the tab bar will always be visible even with only one page open...

HEAVY_SHOWER  This works superbly with SafariStand's Show Page Info -- just copy an image link or any link, then quickly double click the tab bar. Also, now I can remove SafariStand's New Tab menu button off the toolbar, giving me a bit more space for everything else (I'm on a laptop).

What would be neat, with a modifier key, is to double click to hide the tab bar. Would that be possible?

Do you really need for control panel for your TV set?! Is it true that you can simply come up to TV set and switch the channels?

LOCUTISOFBORED  No, most modern TV's have less buttons (or none!) on them than the remote control. So if you loose the remote control, you're kind of screwed for watching TV. Of course, I have no idea what this has to do with the price of peas in China...

what! - is hitting 'apple+T' really so much effort?

MACMAN8  Of course, the old Command-T does the same thing, but this is easy and quick. Thanks for this little application. It's a nice touch.
