ALAN AP  I suggest to make sure to deinterlace your video before putting it through Motion JWii. Otherwise the mice teeth from the interlaced frames look even worse in playback on the Wii.

Also to comment, I don't know about anyone else's Wii, but I can only seem to get a maximum capacity of 2GB SD cards to work. This is a useful program, but I think the Wii needs to have larger storage features to make it worth while (I blame Nintendo, not Motion JWii for that one). Due to this, under the default setting using Mencoder I pretty much only get to watch about a television episode's worth of content per SD card.

NEONBLUE2  I haven't looked much into the deinterlacing option as I don't often come across interlaced video, so, no comment on that one. I just threw it in because the ability was there.

But I do agree with you when you say the Wii needs to accept larger cards, or a hard drive. They also need to fix the issue where it runs out of memory and just stops altogether. I was able to watch a very poor quality version of The Breakfast Club for about an hour before it stopped. The high quality version lasted only a minute.

ALAN AP  On the Motion JWii side, sometimes the program (and this might be MEncoder's fault, I'm not sure) fails to encode the final group of frames. If I give it another go through it usually fixes it.

On the Wii side, it's at 22 min 12 sec when things stop. It's fairly consistent for me, whether or not it's the Wii or something on the computer end.

I like this program though. Just wanted to say that. My complaints are with the Wii (though I still like that too).
