JAMUS  Zimbra really needs to be spun back off into their own company. It is too nice an app/server for what it is getting. The increased Yahoo logo plastering is really holding them back. As long as Microsoft has partnered up with them, I just really don't see them allowing Zimbra to grow and flourish since it would put too much pressure on Exchange.

MAISPROF  Absolutely no response whenever I install and try to run this, except for an error in Console: "Couldn't load XPCOM."

****.

PCHARLES67  It has taken a while to become useful, but is coming along nicely now. I still prefer Apple Mail for my day-to-day mail, but this program is less of a headache than running iCal using CalDAV on our university system.

**...

JPP_ZOSO  the mac client is a joke, in particular if you're upgrading from a previous version. it will not receive new mail from imap accounts, despite being "online" and despite numerous "get mail" commands and restarts. the application constantly switches back to its default view options, despite numerous changes by the user to sort mail in a particular fashion or the reorganize the panel views in a particular fashion. there is no obvious way to import mail from any type of account unless the mail is already on the server...there apparently is a command line method, but it does not retain message dates nor register messages sent by clients other than itself as being messages sent by the user, then there's the whole "can't get new messages even from imap accounts" problem mentioned previously. the database email concept is an absolute killer idea if it were implemented properly...so far the only email client to do so is opera's m2.
