ROY VAN DER WONING Conceptually well designed and functional, but the non-standard interface did ring an alarm bell. A trip over to the Activity Monitor and sure enough: PPC. This spells a quick and dirty Windows port to me.
UI consistency and integration was one of my major reasons to switch to the Mac. No more fugly, non-native kludges for me. Cross-platform development frameworks (Java et al) generally only serve the developer and more often than not provide users with a less than ideal UI experience.
Also, all of my applications are Universal Binary, and I plan to keep it that way.
