SSNICKERER  Works incredibly well. I'd say it's even better than SiteSucker!! (Though a 3 for the value, because I think it's a little expensive.)

BASSABLE  Works good. I just used it for Downloading a Website, that I need for a projekt. Could not find an option to select something like: "Only this html-document, but also all used images and css- and js-files." Please let me know, if I missed something. All in all it works good :-)
