	Sep 3 2008	KNOWHOWE Well, I downloaded the new version but soon noted that the genre categories present in the version I was using- 3.2- have now been omitted. Now it's just listing the major stations. I never had any problems with the earlier version and have consequently gone back to it. (Version 3.33)		0

KEILLY If it's not working it's almost certainly because you don't have Real Player installed and working. Install Real Player and email me if there's still a problem. Cheers.

LIGHTHOUSE I am also not able to get any sound, even though I have Real Player installed. I have a powerbook G4 1.25 GHz. Could you help?

KEILLY Can you hear anything when trying to play streams direct from the BBC web page at: http://www.bbc.co.uk/radio/aod/index.shtml?button

If not then consult the BBC's troubleshooting pages, make sure you are updated to the lastest version of Real Player they recommend, that the Real player volume is turned up and not muted..

Is it possible that this widget only works with Power books with an Intel platform?

KEILLY So you can't hear any streams direct from the BBC website?

Sounds like a problem with real player - try some of the suggestions here: http://www.google.com/search?q=bbc%20mac%20real%20player
