	Jul 4 2006	MACUPDATE ADMIN Seems to be a nice piece of code but I decided against using it because the most frequent setting available for checking a given website or file is 'daily'. I need the option to check about every ten or fifteen minutes. But that's just me, and I am sure others will find this useful as is. (Version 1.0)		0
