DARYLF2  The game is really fun, with an active and friendly community. The developers are extremely responsive and involve the user community in a unique and remarkable way, allowing particularly resposible and dedicated users to actually modify the official game and game world!

Stability is good, performance is terrific (especially with the new Universal Binary release), and gameplay is fun and immersive for both casual and fanatic gamers!

$30 with no monthly fee for online play and the ability to play both locally-only ad/or online make this game a real bargain. Plus, a free trial version is avaialble.

I highly recommend it!

REPEATER75  Have been playing since June 2006. Game has had continuous updates since I've started that have each added content and new capabilities. Developer team is extremely responsive and truly loves their community. New community dev team has full access to source code and refinements to the UI and help systems are coming at a n incredible pace at present. This is the best gaming value out there. One time fee gets you unlimited online play and the ability to play offline single player seals the deal. You can play the trial for an unlimited period. There is no way to lose! Try it out. If you liked the original EQ but want a really nice community that feels cozy and more intimate, this is the game for you. Runs great on my 1.42ghz mini with only 32 mb graphics ram at 1280x1024 in low graphics mode (all you need). Absolutely first class indie game. (they just doubled the server count too, so former lag problems seem a thing of the past)

DMANN  have been playing this game for 2 days straight, needs a bit of getting used to and the help section is too limited but very enjoyable once you get into it!

there are a few quibbles, as with any new game. i have been playing a female elf ranger and the archery in the game is poor, too slow reload time. don't know why you can't sell items you find that are only usable by other character classes.

runs very smoothly on 'Low' graphic detail (all you need) @ 1680 x 1050 pixels on my 2.1ghz 20" iMac. in fact very nice graphics. have now bought the game ($40 Australian) which is good value and can now use Premium magic items etc.

very good effort, but needs some tweeking

PIETRO CRISTOFOLI  To quit the demo you have to click on the "Order Later" button ... it's this simple!

The Mac version stutters a bit but you should be able to run it on every recent Mac just by toying a bit with the in-game options menu ...

MoM is a very ambitious MMORPG that deserves some attention. If you loved Morrowind, Everquest or Dark Age of Camelot, you should give this game a try.

They need our feedback.

STUPIDCORN  In the terminal type "ps -x" and then look through the process list for the exact process number that corresponds with the application. Then type "kill -9 [process ID]" and that should do it. Note that you do not need to su to do this.
