MCSMILEY This is the most useful ToDo app I have used so far. The key advantages are: 1. It syncs with iCal so you can be sure your ToDos are always on your devices such as iPod, phone etc. 2. It is very accessible as it is a widget. 3. Despite being a widget, it has a lot of functions. 4. Despite being a widget, it is very sophisticated. 1. Drop down calendars appear whenever you need to insert a date - this includes in the list view so changing the date is easy. 2. Clusters - you can create something called a cluster which is a group of tasks under one title that you do often: so if you have a weekly company meeting that requires say 10 preparatory activities which are always the same, you just make a new cluster and all the 10 tasks are included. No need to type them again and again. 3. You can email the list. 4. Just so nice and easy to use. Alarms for important to dos. Granted checking the list is very easy because it is a widget so it is just there but sometimes, if you are thick like me, it is hard to remember to check so being able to access alarms would be great. A lot to ask I know from a free app but it is such a great app already the developer must enjoy tinkering :-) (Version 2.5) |
