MACUSER47  I've tried to contact the developer a few times and haven't heard back. I'd like to use his code to make a football scores widget. If the developer reads this instead of his email I'd like to get permission to modify the code.

LORD YO  Great Program/Widget, in my opinion better than the ESPN widget apple gives you, I used it all through last season and I look foward to using it this season!! It would be nice to see this develpor make this kind of widget for other sports too though.

RHETT  Great stuff! Team-tracking is a welcome addition!

What I'd still like to see:

-AL/NL Rankings displaying W-L (Probably just the first couple; with possible links to further web information if people want the full list).

-After picking the team having some button to expand the widget to show the final scores to display the scores last few games, or some alternative way of team-tracking beyond a single game.

-If possible text displaying when the next game is sceduled for and against who.

YANKESS FAN  In a not much more than a week this has gone from a great idea to a great widget. This is one of the few third party widgets to find a permanent place in my dashboard so far. There is a little typo in the games menu though.

YANQUIS FAN!  awesome work dude, totally making dashboard well worth the upgrade. i would only have 2 feature requests, if it's too tough, or you don't wanna bother, i won't complain, but it would be nice to have choice of font, and a choice of what web site to go to when clicking for a box score, I usually prefer ESPN, or Yahoo, where my fantasy teams are, but either way, this widget rocks the party that rocks the bod-day!

ANONYMOUS  It still doesn't update for me unless I relaunch the widget. The next step is to put in current pitcher and batter. Maybe make the title smaller to accommodate? Also today's performance for both (1-3, HR, e.g.). Would it be possible to replace the continuous scrolling with a scroll bar, or at least allow the user to adjust the speed? Great work so far, and excellent response time.

i really wish there was team filtering. this is essential for me, espcially given the crazy scrolling.

i read that you are trying to keep it simple, but the xml supports balls strikes and outs, this would be nice to include (optionally perhaps).

ANONYMOUS  I really desperately need a widget like this, and I'm glad you're developing it.

Is there any way I could click on the score to go to a recap/box score/game log? Also, is there any way it could display below the score the pitchers who recorded the win/loss (and save if applicable)?

Also, the pause button just slows it down, doesn't actually stop it.

The easy ones first i'd like to see. A scrollable list rather than a changing board. and team filtering.

but also maybe some previous scores if you wanted to see other days.. So far it's good enough for me though, I'm happy to see that someone wanted to make a widget I wanted bad =).

ANDREW T.  It's an absolutely wonderful program, especially for a 0.1 release. I realize this is a lot to ask, but here it goes: The window being resizable would be great. The auto switching of screens to different scores would be great if it were manual instead. This could all be added into a preference pane. Keep up the good work, and go Mariners!
