JESSOPHER  Yes, the latest version works with leopard with ape 2.5. You just have to open the package and edit the Info.plist file to include a tag APELeopardCertified with the boolean value true set.

I have done this and recompiled it from source (don't know if this last step is necessary) and you can get it from http://kilobase.net/files/WindowDragon-Leopard.ape.zip

Hope it works for you too

DATAKLEPTOMANIK  I've never had any problems with APE. Please explain. This windowdragon is an absolutely stellar app and should win an award or two. Love cleardock as well.

ANONYMOUS  Absolutely beautiful.

How many users have posted to Apple about Windows should be resizable on all edges?

I know that I have and every Unix Sysadmin and Windows convert around me.

And here comes along a solution that works like a charm.

As for APE: I hesitated for years. But when I finally got used to the stability of OS X after being traumatized from OS 7 and 9 I became a little daring again: Only had an issue once, an incompatibility with Saft for Safari. But after excluding Safari from the list no problems whatsoever.

Thanks for making this and for making it free, too!

ANONYMOUS  I don't know what's going on with you all. I've got APE installed for Audio Hijack and it has no effect on my uptimes. My other Mac just got done with a 57-day uptime (voluntarily restarted at the end for an update, no crashes) and it has APE installed.

***..

ANONYMOUS  APE crash a lot and makes OS X unsatble. This is not just my opinion but my experience. WindowDragon is a good concpet but APE is not reliable. Each time I test it, hoping for bug corrections, random bugs are still there :( Please make a stand alone application, not an haxie.

TG  Why not APE? WindowDragon works fine

on my Titanium 1ghz with 10.3.7, just like other haxies, even metallifize (my preferred).

YOXI  WindowDragon is brilliant - don't be put off by the APE factor - I've got 10 ape modules running and I've never had one single problem due to their presence.

If you've got a mouse with a configurable click-scrollwheel (mac heresy?), you can assign e.g. option-rightclick to WD, and then map that onto the scrollwheel, and hey presto - scrollwheel click'n'drag without any keyboard intervention! This is so smart that I'm still having trouble remembering I can do this now... ;)
