KUPHD a lot of clip-art is in wmf. not just that from microsoft, but many 3rd party clip-art comes in wmf.
wmf is also vector-based...like illustrator eps files. that means you can enlarge, reduce it without having to worry about pixelation.
i've never tried this app, but if you can export wmf files back into vector-based files that are more universal (i.e., eps), that would be good. you can use adobe illustrator to do this, but the difference in price between this app and illustrator is huge.
