PL_SVN so... Snow Leopard compatibility is achieved by disabling 64bit mode in every app iGlasses can be used with? =:-/

WALRUSCP Yeah, I am disappointed by this, too. From their FAQ it looks like they have no plans at this time to make iGlasses work in 64-bit mode either. Major bummer. (Version 2.1.3)

HUGHEBA Yeah, I agree too. I've purchased this software years ago. Was happy when I saw they came out with SL compatibility but was very disappointed when I ran the installer and it asked me to disable 64bit support on applications. What a hack. Ended up not installing it. (Version 2.1.3)

WALRUSCP Great little piece of software that fills a big need for anyone who uses their iSight camera. The functions in iGlasses really should be built into the OS by default, but the $10 spent to get them is well worth it. The interface and integration into the OS and supported applications (most that if not all that use your iSight or webcam) is seamless, and I have experienced any ill effects on CPU or memory in using iGlasses. I highly recommend it, as it has significantly improve the picture quality of my macbook's iSight. (Version 2.1.1)

XANDER With Leopard set to come out in a few months, I'm wondering if it's worth the money. Or if the developer can promise it's customers that it will STILL go above and beyond the build in features coming to iChat...? (Version 1.4)

MAC5 A really excellent piece of software. I use it with my iSight webcam and really can't praise it enough. It makes a huge difference in poor lighting, or under any set of conditions that would normally render your webcam useless, whether it be lack of light, too much light, washed out colors etc,etc... I'd find it difficult to be without it on a daily basis. Well worth the asking price. Highly recommended. (Version 1.4)

DGOMBAU One of the best value for money little apps/utils around! As a photographer and videographer, I want videoconference images to be correctly exposed and color balanced. This does it beautifully. Oh, how I wish all my contacts would use iGlasses - I am visually distressed by the faces of non-users in deep shadow, or that are uplit with strange magenta tones ;-) Buy it, use it properly! MITCH_DE You need first OS X Webcamdriver for your Webcam ! iGlasses (and other Webcam Enhancers) need workingr webcam driver - they are itself NO webcamdriver. Try freeware Webcamdriver (USB Webcams): http://webcam-osx.sourceforge.net/ Many USB Webcams supported. But iChatAV (this only) is blocked for USB Webcams - you need the iCHatUSB Enhancer also (plus webcam driver). (Version 1.3.5)

NURDLEY Eight dollars is a ludicrous price for a product that makes as much difference as iGlasses does. Before purchasing it, I had bought iLight, a piece of hardware that costs considerably more and is practically useless--I assume that the iLight attachment is no longer available--it shouldn't be. You can't go wrong with iGlasses, it's a great little utility. Chris Albertson (Version 1.3.4)

NICOTINE As a registered user you should receive an email with a download link to the new version "for registered users". The link above is for the demo, hence the registration issues. If you changed your email address you're kind of screwed until they get back to you. Not the greatest registration method and I see no benefit over a serial number. (Version 1.3.3)

Unless of course you don't have those links because you use pirated copy... (Version 1.3.3)

ANONYMOUS I downloaded iGlasses v1.1.3 after my first use of iSight. The Apple sotware was way too dark even under good lighting situations. I liked iGlasses and then I struck a problem when I tried to register. I tried to register using my Visa, but it just would not except it under any set of circumstances even though I had just paid for another piece of software with it on the net about five minutes earlier. I have emailed their support three times and I'm still waiting for a reply. Not good... (Version 1.1.4)

GARBAGE I was sceptical until I tried it. My camera always had too much back lighting from windows etc. Installed this & bingo & adjust the brightness to give a nice picture. This software is so simple & effective I had no hesitation registering it. Apple will probably add same functionality in a future release but for now it's well worth the very modest price. MOOSE Well i've just played around with this for only a few minutes and I think its VERY cool. Especially the night vision setting. Why didn't Apple, with all its intuitiveness make something like this built into iChat itself? I will try it out some more, but no doubt i'll be picking this one up.

CHRIS ALBERTSON This is one of the most useful adjunct programs I have seen since Default Folder. It does a remarkable job when it comes to brightening up the iSight's picture--that alone is well worth the very modest price. I also like the other features, and I am now sorry that I purchased the Griffin iLight attachment--iGlasses renders that add-on unnecessary. I will be purchasing iGlasses and I have already spread the word to all my iSight friends. This one deserves all available stars! (Version 1.1)

BRIAN KENDIG VERY VERY COOL. Apple should have put this stuff into iChat in the first place! It's unconscionable that iChat wouldn't even have a way to adjust the camera brightness... but iGlasses does that remarkably well, even picking me up just fine in a poorly-lit room. And the other features are just cool. Highly recommended. One cool feature I'd love to see: being able to put a still image or movie "behind" me so that it looks like I'm somewhere else. :) (Version 1.1)

ANONYMOUS Very very cool. I have a lot of sunlight coming in my room and this lets me fine-tune the settings so my cam shots don't look so washed out.
