RICH  Great little tool. I put mine in the toolbar next to the Find thingy. I changed mine in the AppleScript Script Editor so it didn't override the default Terminal size. That was the one annoying thing about it.

Make a copy of the file, open the copy in the Script Editor. Find these two lines and comment them out, thusly:

set number of columns to terminal_columns

set number of rows to terminal_rows

becomes:

--set number of columns to terminal_columns

--set number of rows to terminal_rows

Then save the script. Now inf Finder, Get Info on the original and the copy, and thieve the purdy icon.

ANONYMOUS  Saves redundant typing in Terminal, especially special character substitutions. Handy little app - great job!

JUSTIN  Neat little app/script. Does exactly what it says. I just started using it but I think it will definitely be useful.

It does, however, open 2 terminal windows when I click on it (in my sidebar) if I do not have Terminal already running.

SCHMELDING  This looks just like the thing I've been looking for, but I run into the following problem:

'Can't get «class pURL» of alias "(~/user):Library:Scripts". '

Obviously, I've substituted my user directory with (~/user). Does the fact that I'm using FileVault make a difference?
