ASPARTAMEMSGSUCK Great application! Make it work (sync) with an iPhone application and it would be perfect! (Version 1.7.250)

RPSX hello. that is just for the list text, but does not make the flashcard text bigger. there is no option for that - yet. (Version 1.7.250)

RPSX just a quick review, as i am in the heat of cramming for the basic standard japanese test. given that, i thought i would try some other flashcard apps. i have to say, genius is the best. doesn't have some of the fancy features - but for me, the interval recall algorithm at work in genius is perfect. i learn more and learn faster. other apps i tried seemed to have too many options, approaches or features. genius is spot on. as i mentioned before, if ONLY, specifically for learning japanese kanji (or chinese characters i suppose), there was a way to increase the font size. that said, you cannot learn kanji with genius - its just too small to see all the strokes for most characters. please! i beg you! and, maybe an iphone version! :-) (Version 1.7.250)

GSUGGESTION From the Genius Menu click Preferences, under Document Window select Extra Large list text. Does this help? (Version 1.7.250)

RPSX i agree - if the font size could be a choice, this would be perfect. i tried provoc recently - but, i think genius integrates "interval recall" in a better way - i am switching back already, as i seemed to retain faster with genius. but, for japanese, yes way too small... please! FLASHYWORDZ Great application! One small problem: I use Genius mainly for studying Japanese, and sometimes the Kanji (those complicated characters, also used in chinese) are too small to read when I'm quizzing! Is there a way to increase the font size / change the default Japanese font for quizzes? (Version 1.7.250)

LAUGHINGUNDERASAKURATREE I'm a freshman in high school. So I have a lot of studying to do. I was looking for a program that would help me study, especially for French. I downloaded this program, and immediately began using it for my French vocab. I was amazed. I learned more within the first ten minutes of using the study feature, then I would have in two class periods. It was especially helpful because I am a very visual learner. However I found that a feature that would allow me to fill in all the "Group" and "Note" area would have been useful.I also realized that the program isn't meant for audio, which is very important in language learning. However the great features of the program outweigh the bad. It took me n time at all to figure out how to use the features. I can't wait to use Genius next year when I'm in Honors Chemistry! Thanks so much for making a great program, it's worth giving a donation! Can't wait to see how they will improve the program...

ZANGIEF You might want to update the poll to include Leopard, as I cannot vote. (Version 1.7.250)

BAHA Everything is cool, except the program doesn't wrap long lines in the study/learn mode. The worst of it, it doesn't even have scroll bars: neither horizontal, nor vertical. (Version 1.7.228)

EDDIE22487 Fantastic product. I use it all the time. My only suggestion would be is that you could allow the ability to type in different fonts into the question/answer sections. I'm studying Greek, and I know anyone who has downloaded fonts for a language they are studying, would much rather be able to type them in, than sit for 3 hours clicking through the symbol window. This is a fantastic product though, if you can, I would definitely drop this guy a few bucks. (Version 1.7)

This is great! I'd love my kids in class to use this. Now, a question to the developer: I am a music teacher. 1. Can this be adapted to symbols, too? 2. Can you add music that changes as you successfully memorize more items? To be used as an indicator? Almost "game-like" in quality? It would keep my classroom on their toes! (Version 1.6)

GREGSABO Hello, from what I've seen, Genius seems to be a well-implemented learning tool, one that I would love to use, but it crashes frequently under Rosetta (a known issue). I hope that a universal binary will be possible sometime in the future! I wish I could help, but I'm of no use :( (Version 1.5.4)

ANONYMOUS Very useful application for not only quizzing yourself but organizing your notes and thoughts. Easy to find topics within "quizzes" with built in search option. I often work on multiple areas at once and have multiple genius windows open to input things as they come up. Once I organize all notes I can then quiz myself. No need to transpose data! Wonderful! ANONYMOUS This is the best of it's kind!!! I think you should get some people to input lists and sell it together with the lists of stuff to study. Thank you!!!! (Version 1.5.3)

SOON TO BE GENIUS I've been using this product to learn french and it works great. Easy to use and intellegently laid out. However, it would be great to have a site with different imports that have been compiled by users. Also, being able to manually control the font placement would be good. Other than that, it works great. Thanks to the developer for a great application. (Version 1.5.2)

ALBY Great product, works perfectly! Totally selfish request here: if anyone's got any Genius files for French could you send them to me please ? It'd be awesome if we could get some exchanges of files going, I'm sure people are out there learning all kinds of cool stuff. (Version 1.5.2)

JON I love this program. It works very well-- but like many other I would like to see images supported as well as a community built around this... for instance I am learning french on my own. This program would be great, but there isn't a set for french. I would be willing to help build such a set, but the task seems daunting for one person-- not to mention there would be no one to double check my entries... a person could memorize incorrect material. So, I would say YES! to this program but feel that unless the developer starts creating a way for user to band together and share this program will probably go on to a dusty shelf in my computer. ANONYMOUS This application does exactly what it says it does - helps you memorise things. I'm currently studying medicine and am finding it better than any other technique I have used in the past 4 years for remembering things such as drug names and side effects. Thanks to the developer! Something that would be useful to me would support for images in the 'question' field which would open up a lot more learning capabilities for me Thanks again for a great free program (Version 1.5.2)

LL2 Based on only a brief evaluation, I am so far very impressed by the direct simplicity and power of this product. In fact, I was able to succeed at learning the state capitals example in no time, which for an ADD-type like me is saying a lot! Although I can't yet comment on stability, I would definitely be willing to donate to this product's developer, assuming there is more documentation/help for easy creation and importing of new content. Also, is there a community of interest to share knowledge bases? (Version 1.5.2)
