DUDEHEY  It would be nice if there was an option to save the found lyrics to the song's metadata. It would also be nice if the application had an option to show only songs which there were not current lyrics stored in metadata for.

ED TAPANES  D/L'd it, ran it and had the vast majority of my songs all lyric-ed up within the hour. Worked well, very happy with it.

My only peeve is that when syncing your itunes, it carries over 'CLICK TO PLAY' along with the lyrics.

SWIMMINGLY  Good idea, but the program runs too slowly. So slow, in fact, that you'd think it's frozen. I can look up the lyrics faster myself. In order to become a useful program, it needs to: 1. run faster!, 2. Retrieve lyrics from more sites or allow the user to set what sites the program retrieves from (e.g. I'd like to add www.letssingit.com), 3. be opened in the scripts menu instead of having to go the applications menu, 4. allow searches by keyword.

ANONYMOUS  The program seemed to be fairly stable in Jaguar, but since I've been running 10.3.2 it crashes on every search. It's a great idea for a program, I hope the author(s) is/are working on an update

ANONYMOUS  I installed this program on my Powerbook G4 with 10.3.2 Panther and it would not search songs. All the program did was freeze up. It looks like a great program, but bugs need to be fixed for Panther if the program is to be adopted by updated OS X users.

ANONYMOUS  Niffy application. However, I'd like to see better support for editing lyrics in languages other than English. So far, this version hangs whenever non-English lyrics (e.g. Japanese) are entered.

CAPN HACK  neat little program, works fast and well when it does work, shame it doesnt work rather often tho.

sometimes, it hangs on the spinning ball cursor and nothing seems to happen at all. if you leave it long enough, it will start working again. only seems to happen when there are no lyrics found.

ANONYMOUS  Nice work so far... needs some enhancements though, to make it great. First and by far foremost, intergate with iTunes! I want to be able to highlight a track and hit a button or applescript and have the iLyric open with the lirics, not just navigate a somewhat similar interface. Secondly, if I do have to use a separate interface, at least add a search feature, also, be able to find songs in the list by typing the first letters. And I don't want to rerank the list every time I resize the columns. Also, I want a "date added" column - I am a very cronological guy, and I remember my music by when I downloaded/ripped them, so I want to be able to find them in iLyric the same way.

JOHNNY LOTHAR  This service is really not satisfying. Out of the more than 1000 songs on my playlist iLyrics was only able to find the lyrics for 34. And my taste in music is not that alternative and not classical!

CHUCK  Strange, every revision since 0.4 has not worked. As soon as I click on a song it immediately says that lyrics could not be found, as though it really wasn't searching. Now, this new version 0.7 is even worse, it hangs and hangs for at least a minute, then says it didn't find anything, which I hesitate to believe. I'm sticking to version 0.4.

JASON  A great program idea with amazing potential. My biggest problem with it so far is that the window displaying your iTunes Library can only be sorted by artist. I'd also like to see an option for the program to automatically download lyrics for the currently playing song.

LESLIE TUREK  This is a cool idea, but I couldn't get it to work at all. Double-clicking the song title always results in an immediate "No lyrics for..." message. It does not appear to be doing any searching; there is no delay. Although the description says it searches 4 sites, the preferences list only shows Top40db.

ACHU  Nice App. I know its free, and i'm not complaining, but I have over a thousand songs on ITunes organized, but iLyric does not recognize the playlists. It's hard to search through all the songs w/out playlists. Again, its free, I know, but it would be nice to see a search option, or playlists.
