M.U. MOORE Cool game! I like the idea.. It doesn't really thrill me to keep playing it for hours, so I haven't purchased a full version yet - but from time to time it's nice to have a break for a few minutes collecting waterdrops and virtual laser beams in outer space :-) (Version 1.1)

MAZIRION Enigmo 1 is $20. This vertsion is $30. Is this game worth $30? Maybe not, I'd pay $20, but not $30! (Version 1.0.5)

Seems like griping over a pittance. And this game is significantly more sophisticated than the original. (Version 1.0.6)

MOOGLE It's a very pleasant, intriguing game. However, you will probably spend most of your time watching the camera spin and twist in nauseatingly confusing directions, as the 3D controls are pretty much the exact opposite of all controls used in any other 3D game ever. (Version 1.0.3)

FRY345 Not as good as the last version. 3-D view is hard to handle. As before, a very unique game. Version 2 lacks the life of the original version. Lasers were a weak substitute for lava. (Version 1.0.3)

RBRTPNTN I really liked Engimo 1 and would recommend it, but sadly Engimo 2 just is too painful and awkward to use because of the new 3D interface... When you eventually see how to solve the puzzle and know where to put the piece, but then have to do battle with the interface to actually place the piece, then the puzzle just becomes annoying rather than fun. SJJ_PUBLIC This isn't "Enigmo", it's "Enigmo 2". The latter adds the 3rd dimension to the gameplay, and not just the look. I have only tried the demos of both, but I think Enigmo 2 seems harder to control due to that 3rd dimension. Rotating the view is particularly tricky. I often end up spinning out of control and then have to reset the view and start over. Also, rotating objects is problematic. Often I end up unselecting the object by mistake, so I have to select it again. Also, if you have set the option to show all axes rotation controls, then moving an object sometimes results in an unintended rotation. I find myself hitting the reset rotation and view buttons more than I'd like and so control of the game can be frustrating. Still, it seems like a fun game. If I were to buy one, though, I think I'd buy Enigmo 1 - the concept and game play are similar, but the 2d-restricted controls are less frustrating. (Version 1.0)

NICK This is the very best puzzle game for the Mac! I love it! Unfortunatly, it will NOT run on OS 8 or 9.1.(Enigmo is now available on PC, as well as Nanosaur, Bugdom, Bugdom 2, and Otto Matic.) (Version 1.3.1)

ANDY Tested and playable by both 9 and 30 year olds. The demo alone is lots of fun, but limited. Building your own levels is great. The only beef I have with this nearly perfect puzzler would be MORE wacky contraptions to use. (Version 1.3)

Pangea did something right here. Most of their past games really haven't suited me well, this one did. This game owns, at least try it, it's well worth the download. Works well on a 600Mhz G3 iMac with a Rage128, even at the higher qualities. It did crash X11 but since I'm using WindowMaker instead of the Quartz-WM, just about any program that changes the resolution makes it crash. Making stay on the same rez fixed this. ANONYMOUS As and adult, at 32, I find it hard to find games that stimulate the brain. Then I found Enigmo. I highly recommend this game to individuals who do not like the typical Doom type, no brainer games. (Version 1.0.1)

IN LALA LAND The game is sort of part way between Lemmings and The Incrediable Machine. But with updated graphics. Ignore the default game graphic settings and reset it to your machine/display default, the graphics driver for non-default setting is goofy (it work but need improvement). Graphics are beautiful and controls are fairly straight forward. (Version 1.0)

ANONYMOUS This is a nifty puzzle game. It's like a super-dynamic version of Lemmings, if you remember that. Unfortunately, the demo pops up dialogs that completely mess up other app's window positions if you run the game at lower than your default resolution. Needs better ability to control sound and mouse settings. Needs a bit of work, but a great start. (Version 1.0)
