One of the most buggy apps I (and a friend) have tried to use in a long time. Although it seems to do what it advertises, but I encountered quite a few usability issues. Apple even lists this program at it's downloads index.

•) When attempting to specify a download folder it produced an error on one computer, didn't accept the change and still created a folder that contained a incorrect name without accepting the setting.

•) The user interface is not consistent with what a mac user typically expects from a native app.

•) On one of our machines we had to do a 'sudo rm' from terminal to erase the app, we couldn't move it to the trash.

•) On the other, safari wouldn't download any files until we systematically deleted every support file for the app we could find.

•) It appears that it adds startup items to startupitems in the library rather than having itself startup in the login items.
