Didn't seem to work for me on Lion. Application launches and asks you to drag in a volume. After pressing Start Bench the wheel rotates for a while and then stops. There is no result/report.
Tried launching it on 10.6.8 and it didn't even bounce on the dock. Considering the last update was in 2008 I'd say this software is dead and nobody should try to download and use it anymore.
I would have liked it better if it provided an option to have all widgets around just making a chaotic screen. or have them change one by one. even in the random mode, the widget that is once selected is there untill you stop the screensaver and set it start again.
I tried many other apps to show the desktop to other people over the internet, but none of them worked!Thats because at my home I have a complicated setup of a wifi router and a voip gateway and therefore am unable to enable port forwarding to my pc and at college, I don't have any administrating rights.hence I can't show the desktop to anybody over the internet or have them control my desktop. I just wish there was option to show it over virtual lan network like using hamachix or vua upnp server... any help in this direction would be greatly appreciated. maybe they`ll implement something of the sort in the new version.
its a fairrly basic app that does the job of placing shortcuts/alises on the desktop elegantly. the bad part over the other software I tried(dragthing) is that you have to manually drag drop each app u want a shortcut of. also it uses 40 mb of system memory which I think is a lot!
how do I uninstall it completely? I have supposedly removed it and all dependent components using clean app and the option it still there inside skype and yahoo. in adium, it doesn't even have the option to switch to regular camera when taking video snapshot for display pic!!!
no, I was hoping I could get some help by the visitors here. the people/person in charge of this software is very helpful though, I had a problem once before and he had emailed me the solution... got to dig through gmail archives and find his email again now.
