does click-hold in the Finder (/others) work for contextual menus? that was the MAIN feature i noticed missing. FinderPop didn't do it as well for me.
the actual Apple menu customizing was secondary i realized.
the other thing i loved was the app-name menu being an icon... is that still there? (less an issue with a higher-res screen... but it looks better / cleaner)

Tetronimoes
collision detection... and not passing through one another would be good too. and maybe cell-shaded with the lines of the squares might look cool too.

CrossOver
"free software for every American on Oct. 28"
and lists zero time zone cut-offs... seems like those in states 49 and 50 aren't actually considered "American" by the folks at CodeWeavers.
how nice of them.
seem to recall Hawaii and Alaska being mentioned quite often this year too... guess it didn't sink in.
FileMaker Pro
both would get nearly 98% done with the install and then fail saying a valid copy of Filemaker v11 could not be found.
both had valid copies of Filemaker 11.0v1.
the bunk installs don't seem to have 'ruined' the existing install. but i am not ever able to get the actual update.
