The guy behind the menu itself, Rob Keniger, is always quick to respond to any comments or questions. And if he doesn't reply, Ms. Keniger hits the keyboard to write a reply.

wobbler had trouble on 05 Mar 2008

I have V1.30, and when I start VisualHub it automatically wants to install an update to V1.31a. But, when I click the Install Update-button and the new version is to be extracted, an error message pops up telling me that the extraction of the archive didn't go through.

I have tried to perform this update several times now during a few days, all with the same error message. What to do?

My stats (through the widget) suddenly today stopped working. I uninstalled the widget and reinstalled. I have checked that I use public access. No difference, just a blank and empty widget...
