Destructive application.

Deletes 'Login' items from secondary user account.

This app may work for the Admin user, but it (a) does NOT work for secondary users, and (b) Deletes ALL the login startup apps from the user account.

Now I've got to rebuild all those startup items - grrrrr.

I did NOT see the 10.5 requirement. Your installer SHOULD CHECK.

I know that humans are here to serve programmers and computers, but Users cannot always perfectly obey your wishes.

YOU SHOULD CHECK BEFORE INSTALLING on non-compatible systems.

NO, it does NOT allow unconverted movies etc to be played on those devices.

This statement by the developer is a LIE.

CRASHES and freezes my dual G4 Mac w/2 GB RAM running 10.4.11. Symptoms: Open app, no windows appear, nothing appears to happen, no menus do anything, when you try to quit, app won't quit and Mac freezes. Must restart Mac.

AVOID this app until it is fixed.

NOT FOR IPOD.

DOES NOT ALLOW PLAYING OF THOSE file types on the iPod.

iPod will NOT play those file types without CONVERSION !

iTunes-ONLY product!

The promo clearly states "NOW COMPATIBLE WITH iPOD"

It's not. It has NO relation to iPod at all.

The Promo should say "NOW ABLE TO CONVERT video to iPod FORMAT"

Okay, I removed FLVR (but the "Show FLVR..." menu item is still in Safari>View menu, even after re-start)

HOW DO I USE IT?

There are no instructions, no blinking blue icon in Safari, no NOTHING.

What a pain in the a...

More problems...

Even if I open Videobox, and Drag a YouTube page into the URL area of the Videobox window, it says "no video found on that page".

If I open Videobox > Preferences, it crashes every time.

And I still cannot see how to remove FLVR, even though I've deleted every FLVR and SIMBL on my hard disk. FLVR is still around (and still seems to want to work)

WHAT a mess.

Give me back the Clean, Integrated, Flawless FLVR - PLEASE.

Throw this Videobox CRAP away, PLEASE

Send me a URL for FLVR (which I PAID FOR)

I spent several hours today trying to get the Videobox to work. The developer tried to help, but his instruction should be clearly listed with the software, which includes updating SIMBL, finding the right library to delete the old FLVR (there were two, in the end), and by HAND (uninstaller did not remove the software properly).

Then, after going around and around, I still could not get the software to work. It would download the Flash video, but would stop before compressing the video into iPod format.

FLVR was wonderful.

Videobox is a disaster.

( And although the app does NOT say so, the developer says it's still BETA )
