I don't know very much about computers, but I am trying to get my mac to work faster. I downloaded Onyx and when it was Verifying the start up volume. It says the volume needs to be repaired. It says to repair your start up disk, start from Mac OSX install disk, then choose utilities >dick utility. Hesitantly, I put the install disk in but there are no choices regarding Utilities>disk utility. Any suggestions?
