This is such a great app! I Started to use it to decompress splitted archives, then discovered the delete app function. It also replaces my favourite FTP programme and Renamer4Mac. A lot more lies there yet to be discovered.
A little feature request though: import favourites from Transmit and Fetch.
Finder Cleaner does exactly what it is supposed to. It is reliable but has to be used with caution - it does execute destructive file manipulations, that's what it is for. To all comments complainig about the app having caused troubles: RTFM! And, btw, you can disallow it to phone home for updates (with Little snitch, for example) and it works well nonetheless.
