Since RadioLover is a bit old, I've tried Snowtape. It's a modern and beautiful app. For now, it works very well. There's room for improvement, but already great
Every new version of Synk (standard) removes feature from the app while adding unnecessary ones and increasing upgrade price (30$ to upgrade Standard version). With thes one, you cannot even prevent Synk to synchronize invisible files, like finder .DS_Store ! You have to buy the Pro version !
I use Synk to synchronize a MacBook with an iMac once a day. Do I really need to have a process running all the time checking any changes in my documents folder? Even when my latop is not connected or powered on, the Synk Engine on my iMac is trying to synch it, showing warning (unavailable destination) in the menu bar.
Maybe this software is useful for backups (what's about Time Machine?) but it's definitively not the good solution for synching a laptop and a desktop anymore.
I'll stay with Synk 6 Standard.... until I switch to something else (CronosSync ?).
Whatever settings I use, Mac Update background app (MU App Seach) checks for updates every hour, preventing my mac going to sleep. Any way to completely remove the background checking ?

I have a folder full of (win/macro) virii : NAV 11 found them all, while VB only found 5 of 21.
The GUI is quite simple and very easy to use. So far, I didn't got any stability problem nor slowdown.
Sure, it's not as fast as VB to scan a full disk, but really, how often shall we do that ? Scanning the home directory is enough in most cases.
