I THINK I finally figured out the Problem with the "Serial Name"

I DID go back and found my invoice from MacUpdate.

I copy and pasted the Name as it was listed there...

I THINK (but have not proven) there MIGHT be an invisible "TAB" or two between my First and Last Names.

One way or another WhatSize is now working...

but after ALL that trouble, it doesn't really offer much as a Utility
