just wondering if anyone else downloaded MacBuddy yesterday here on MU?
MacBuddy claimed it was an Adium-based client (or something like that)...
if you search it here now, there´s no trace of it. i downloaded it but did´nt install it; i guess i shouldn´t either.
anyone can shed some light on why it got rejected; was it malware or sumthng like that?

for now, i´ve read that you can access your passwords on an iPhone if you save them as bookmarks (or something like that), and access them on Safari on the phone.
in the future, will you make a native app for iPhone which we can sync with our Macs?
then i would buy this app for sure :-)

haven´t had the chance to try this out yet, but i´m wondering have fast things react since it´s "just a very advanced" web-like app (or did i it read wrong)?
e.g. i want to use my iPhone for iTunes-controller on my MBP, how fast will iTunes react when i push a button on my phone?
and, will you make RB into a native app now that SDKs soon are out?
anyways, it have the looks like a killer-app :-)

you really don´t need Limewire app or Frostwire app if you use this.

but - my contactlist is configured with an appearance of Window Style -- Group Bubbles, nad with this new version, the Automatic Sizing is set to (and greyed out) Size to fit vertically...
that means i get contacts "all over" my screen when people log in...
hmmm...

this new plugin started immedately to hog my Firefox 2 on the norwegian newspaper www.aftenposten.com.
spinning wheel of death on and off and i couldn´t use it!!!
wait for a fix to save some frustration :-)

i´ve tried all the settings, and set it to go through http instead, but nothing seems to get it up and running...
to bad, cause i like the interface, and it works flawlessly at home.
the only thing that works at my job is aMSN or webbrowser-based messengers.

i usually use the client aMSN, and with proxy-settings (http) for the server and use port 80. this works well here at work with a strong firewall turned on.
when i tried Adium, all that happens is it says it couldn´t connect to the msn network.
i installed the beta-version, and this time i got logged in once, but when i tried to chat i got a message it could not be sent. then i quit it, and the next time i started Adium, it didn´t log in either.
it therefore seems very unstable to me.
i´m sure it works better at home...

i have problems with understanding how to use the browser plugin.
i have installed flip4mac, and maybe there is a conflict between these?
i use Firefox here at work, and i´m not able to watch any wmv (even with flip4mac). anyone knows how to make Firefox reset all videosettings?
and then try to use vlc plugin perhaps?
