Still the best. I've been using this for over a year and decided to see if there was anything new (and universal) to put on my new computer. After searching, this is still the best timer app there is.
- Big clock readable from across the room
- hides in the background
- small dock clock
- Menubar display
- Storage for commonly used timers
- launches Applescripts (Growl Support!!! http://growl.info/documentation/applescript-support.php)
- Pauses and resumes timer when you quit
No the binary isn't Universal, but source is included so I'll stick with it.
This is the first non-Apple widget that I've seen that "gets it". It does one thing well (aside from some initial bugs), and it doesn't require any setup to get started. So please don't add more complex file structures :) I like how it is.
I don't know which came first, but I was very confused by the similiar name to TinkerTool (currently version 3.61). If you are looking for the excellent, free tool to unlock system preferences such as dock pinning or faded dock icons for hidden applications, keep looking.
Much better integration to Mac OS X than other versions I've used. Some keys are different, but overall it doesn't take as much effort to remember how to use it. I especially like the Native fonts and antialiased rendering that I don't remember seeing in past versions. Also seems faster.
[Version 1.2b]
