Just upgraded to 2.0.2 which looks like a working start finally. Some issues remain (like Booxter not saving manually added cover pictures and not backfilling books with new (978...) ISBNs). But I'm positive that the developper will fix these issues as well, given the frequent updates since release of 2.0
