I found this app after I needed to fix the info in an MP3 that I had edited in iTunes. It appears that iTunes has a habit of screwing up tags for other players, obviously a ploy to make you buy an iPod.

It creates the tag correctly and seems to work without problems, it even lets you edit tag information that iTunes doesn't.

Could do with a progress bar when updating tags, but it's not a major problem.
