I have used !Sync plugin for Nokia E51 for several years and it works seamlessly.
I have over 2500 contacts and calender events from several years.
Syncing calenders do reach the break down limit of my Nokia (runs out of space) & thus I choose which calenders I want syncd & the months... I have been documenting my European travels on a motorbike for 8 years.
I will now get a Samsung Galaxy S Plus & will eventually try the appropiate solution.
Very reliable and I really don't care if they protect their invention/ licensing since it just works... period.
After 6 installs (yes, 6!) of Java after the update to 10.6.6 and running both Onyx and DiskWarrior 4.2, I decided I did not need the aggravation of all these error messages. Moreover, it also interfered with SuperDuper backups.
Now running without this Java update and all is OK.
Am also concerned that something so junky is put out without, apparently, being well tested.
I was very happy with 2.5.3, solid, reliable and good editing facilities.
... and am still using it under OSX 10.6.3 to .6 with a Macbook Pro w Intel Dual Core, under Rosetta. It works like a honey and did not cost me an additional penny!
Must keep in mind that most of these new Macs are super fast and that even under emulation they are faster that the my old Titanium Macbook.
I have been using Comic for the last year or two and find it excellent for my purpose which is to tell a "story" with the pictures of my travels around Europe and with the outings with my kids and/or grandchildren.
I usually have a one to two page "comic" which depicts the story, eg; my grandson giving me a violin concert, my so-called diet whilst in Florence, my motorcycle trips to Bruges, Gant, Venice, Milan, the Alps, the wine vendimia in Champagne, thru Andalucia, etc.
So instead of having hundreds of pictures (which I do) I have to select the best, think about the composition and the messages, and then play around a bit until I have the finished product. It could use more page templates with other shapes. So I combine its use with iWatermark for watermarking and different titles, and with Picasa for collages.
The software is easy to use, reliable, does not have any of the defects mentioned for the older versions (mine is 1.4.4) and it reflects the ease that Macintosh brings to daily digital life.
I highly recommend it.
I have been using PT from a long time ago and now using version 2.6.5 which is just great. All the problems mentioned have dissapeared and now have a very stable and useful product. I keep both real as well as potential portafolios and use several tickers to develop different perceptions.
Great product.
[Version 2.6.5]
